I don’t get it. Deliberately slow down to avoid splashing some misguided youths with a road puddle?

The guy in the beemer that was following had the right idea. He taught those kids a valuable lesson, in that they shouldn’t sit two feet away from a puddle, or they could get splashed by some a-hole in an entry level luxury car.
